Kickers and Punters are often neglected in the weight room. Some aren’t required to stay for team workouts while others are doing lifts that don’t benefit the muscles they actually need to build in order to play at the next level.
We offer on-field training sessions designed to target muscles for kickers and punters in order to build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce injury.
Coach Zepeda (Texas A&M)
Coach Zepeda is our Lead Strength Trainer. He spent 6 years kicking at the highest level, playing Division 1 football for Texas A&M and ACU.

Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (from NSCA)
I had the pleasure of training Blair since High School. He has one of the strongest legs I’ve ever seen, proving it with a 78 yard FG. He knows how to apply the tools in order to gain distance for kickers and punters.
